At the Y-12 National Security Complex, STEP was awarded a contract to construct this 13,000 square foot technical services building.
From hospitals to industrial facilities to office buildings, STEP provides construction and construction management services. Although we often self-perform carpentry, site preparation, and demolition work, we have developed a network of reliable subcontractors for tasks such as electrical work and HVAC systems.
With our government contracting experience, much of our work has been performed in areas with stringent security, such as military bases and sites associated with the Department of Energy. We are accustomed to these types of constraints, and can schedule our work efficiently and quickly to meet all requirements.
