Solutions To Environmental Problems (STEP), Inc. is a small disadvantaged business (SDB). We offer both environmental and construction services to government and commercial clients throughout the United States. Over the past five years alone, STEP has been awarded over 300 environmental and construction projects, and we offer a diverse set of services within these two categories. Much of this work has been repeat business for satisfied clients, which we interpret as the highest praise for our work.
Some projects are simple and straightforward, while others may be technically complex. At STEP, we believe that the best strategy for success is to have an experienced project team to minimize the risk of delays, regulatory problems, and further problems. To meet this strategy, we have an experienced team of professional engineers, geologists, earth scientists, construction managers, and superintendents, many of whom have been with STEP since the company’s inception in 1992. In addition, a principal of the company is involved in every project.
